Quality system
Since the establishment of the company, we have attached great importance to the implementation and improvement of the quality management system and successfully passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification.
In order to meet the needs of customers in different industries, our affiliated companies have obtained relevant quality management and environmental management systems based on business development and needs. In addition, we also strictly review supply chain partners and strictly review the selection of supply chain partners. Review quality, environmental systems and service systems, such as IATF16949, AS9100, ISO14001, EMAS Ensure quality confidence in the supply of all products and ensure that the products supplied meet design and production requirements, as well as environmental policies and compliance requirements, so as to fully meet customer expectations.
Supply Partner Review
We certify the quality management system, production technology support system, and environmental management system of our supplier partners and conduct regular periodic reviews. Only those that meet the requirements can enter our supply system to ensure supply and quality management capabilities.
Incoming inspection
We manage the critical control points of our products through our quality management system and use appropriate inspection tools and methods to inspect our products. In addition, we have also established a sample library for reference comparison during incoming inspection.
Product batch tracking
Our enterprise resource management system has complete product batch tracking capabilities, ensuring that each batch of parts can be traced upstream and downstream.
Production part approval
Conduct PPAP-level verification, review and PSW submission of products based on customer product or component requirements to ensure product stability and consistency.
After-sales service and complaint management
We use our online quality management system for after-sales service and unified management of quality systems and complaints. Customers can submit complaints directly on our Go Oh Ye website or submit a ticket at the help desk. And can get timely reply and processing.
